Louisville is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. Getting around Louisville is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Colorado's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I arrived early on a Monday after July 4th weekend thinking Wheels Manufacturing had a retail store. They do not. A Wheels employee had me place the order online, then select local pickup. I was able to purchase an Ibis Ripley v4 hanger, Derailleur Hanger 316, that no one else had in stock in Boulder. I appreciate the effort put forth to help a random customer on a Monday morning after a holiday weekend!

As an avid motorcyclist, off-road and on road enthusiast I pretty much know where to get a motorcycle part everywhere. I needed the most random component for a bicycle I was repairing. It’s the Shimano derailleur hanger. Fortunately, my local bike shop has “that guy” working there. When I checked online, I realized they were over 350 variations of derailleur hangers. The guy at the bike shop knew exactly which one and told me the number and snickered when I asked him if he could order it. Referred me to wheels manufacturing LLC and I soon realized why it was too easy for me to order it and wasn’t gonna cost him anything since he couldn’t make any money anyway. Pretty amazing. There’re still businesses that will help you and refer you. Now this could’ve been a little tricky, but with his confidence, I ordered it off of wheels manufacturing LLC website. This is where it really gets epic. Their website is so easy to navigate and order parts. I’m in California, they are in Colorado. Okay, I thought well this will be a hassle. Not so. Ordered the part. Delivered in three days. Exact Duplicate of the part I needed. I would would say this is almost as easy as Amazon. All in all, it saved

The absolute gold standard in aftermarket bottom brackets as well as billet-machined replacement hangers. I have proudly used their products, including tools, for over 16 years now and don't plan on stopping! Picture of my pro-case for travel mechanic gigs (the Wheels MFG bearing press and HS drift always come with).

WM team, The quality of workmanship, precision machining, fit, and finish of both the bottom bracket and the fancy BB socket are amazing.
